YOUR TASK
• Customer Engagement
Conduct outbound calls to customers to introduce and promote DHL tools and solutions.
• Customer Onboarding
Guide and support customers in onboarding and using DHL systems and digital tools effectively.
• Customer Reactivation
Re-engage inactive customers and encourage them to kick start / resume shipping with DHL.
• Sales Support
Assist the sales team in preparing and responding to customer quotations and inquiries.
• Digitalization Projects
Support commercial digitalization initiatives, including testing, development support, customer feedback collection, and rollout activities.
- Confident in engaging and communicating with customers over the phone.
- Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Hardworking, proactive, disciplined, and punctual.
- Previous part-time sales experience, customer service experience, or internship exposure in logistics, sales, or related fields would be an added advantage.
