Summary
Internship assisting utility maintenance engineers with energy efficiency tasks, maintenance planning, and documentation for PETRONAS Gas Berhad in Kerteh.
Job Description:
Support INSTRUMENT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER in performing below task:
- Energy Efficiency & Optimization Tasks - Track specific energy consumption (SEC), Identify opportunities for improvement, Analyze utility losses (steam loss, air leak, heat rejection), Support energy audits and improvement projects.
- Maintenance Management - Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities, Support in supervise contractors and OEM service providers on site, conduct equipment inspections, fault diagnosis, and root cause analysis.
- Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate records Maintenance activities (CMMS) & Utilities consumption and performance reports, prepare technical reports, incident reports, and monthly summaries, support internal, client, and regulatory audits.
