Partnering seamlessly across Roche, we deliver high-impact solutions, oversight, and advisory support that enable Medical Affairs to succeed with integrity.

The Opportunity

This position focuses primarily on project management and execution, regulatory documentation readiness, process and compliance excellence support, and digital content migration and workspace redesign (Google Workspace to Microsoft 365).

Prepare migration checklists, perform quality control on documentation and assets, map current-to-future operational processes, execute manual content transfers, and assemble training, communication, and readiness materials.
  • AI Governance & Compliance Validation: Assist in building, testing, and documenting Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions within Process and Compliance Excellence, supporting both new model development and the validation readiness of existing tools. Map documentation gaps against quality and AI governance standards, track mitigation actions, and assemble review-ready evidence packages for subject matter expert (SME) and Quality closure.
  • Process Excellence Team Support: Assist the Process and Compliance Excellence Team in driving continuous improvement projects and strategic team initiatives.
