The Position
Typically studying in a field related to the targeted function. Interns may be assigned a variety of operational tasks and special projects within their team. The main objective is to practically apply academic or vocational learning in a professional setting, while gaining deeper insights into the organization, where future employment may be a possibility, subject to job availability, qualifications, and performance.
Responsibilities vary, but generally support daily operations alongside regular employees. These may include entry-level research and reporting, analysis and modeling, preparing workshop materials, coordinating small events, or improving basic departmental workflows (e.g., filing, archiving, and knowledge management). The duration of the internship depends on business needs and local legal requirements.
