Internship in Product Engineering

Support the Product Engineering team in semiconductor backend testing activities, data analysis and continuous improvement. The intern will gain practical exposure to semiconductor test processes, manufacturing operations, engineering problem-solving, and product quality improvement.

  1. Support Product Engineers in day-to-day semiconductor backend testing and manufacturing activities.
  2. Support the preparation of engineering activities, technical documentation, work instructions, and data presentations.
  3. Coordinate with Production, Test Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, Equipment Engineering, and other relevant stakeholders on engineering activities.
  4. Assist in monitoring product performance, test yield, and production-related issues.
  5. Collect, analyze, and summarize engineering and production data to identify abnormalities, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  6. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities together with relevant engineering teams.
  7. Support engineering projects and other assignments as required by the department.
  1. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  2. Basic understanding of electronics, semiconductor devices, or manufacturing processes is an advantage.
  3. Basic knowledge of data analysis and Microsoft Excel.
  4. Knowledge of statistical tools, programming, or data visualization tools will be an added advantage.
  5. Willing to learn and work in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  6. Good communication and teamwork skills.
  7. Able to communicate effectively in English.
