About this Position What you´ll do Active involvement in the innovation process, including coordination and alignment with other departments Development of concepts for new products in coloration, hair care and styling categories Monitoring of fashion hair trend research to create the brand look collection (Street Style Collection) Participate to the creation and implementation of social media content including #indolaselected Product performance, competition and strategic market analysis Day to day administrative support on invoicing, budgeting, presentations, organizing internal/external events/workshops etc.
