This Position reports to:

R&D Department/Local Unit Lead

At the Corporate Technology Center in Kraków, we create innovative solutions that are implemented in ABB products and systems. This is a unique opportunity to join interdisciplinary scientific teams and international projects where expertise, curiosity, and innovation are highly valued.

About the Internship

• Start date: As soon as possible
• Hybrid work model: Only 8 office days per month
• Availability: 20 hours per week

Your Responsibilities:

• Create and process purchase orders for R&D projects
• Collect quotations and coordinate with suppliers.
• Support cost allocation and procurement data verification.
• Assist with invoice verification and processing.
• Coordinate purchasing activities with other team members
• Prepare reports and perform basic business data analysis.

Requirements:

• 3rd year student of Finance, Economics, Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail when working with financial and procurement data.
• Communication skills and ability to cooperate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
• Communicative English (written and spoken) and willingness to learn corporate procurement and controlling processes
