Language Specialist Intern creates technical content in Italian/Portuguese for Samsung products, verifies news app content, and analyzes market data while supporting the One UI Beta Program.
About our Team
SMC part employs language specialists and native speakers. Our team is dedicated to conducting market and data analysis in a selected market, as well as creating technical content in a specified language. Additionally, we perform content verification for a news provider application, ensuring the language, cultural, and regional aspects of the content are accurate and appropriate.
We also play a vital role in supporting the One UI Beta Program by serving as moderators on the Beta Community. Here, we assist customers with their issues and provide guidance to help them find effective solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
Creating technical articles/guides in the selected language related to Samsung products.
Testing the content of the application delivering news for grammatical and cultural appropriateness.
Gathering, analyzing and presenting data from specified sources in the selected language.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or final-year student.
Italian and/or Portuguese (minimum level C1).
English (minimum level B2).
General knowledge of the Android system.
Analytical thinking and proficiency in summarizing and presenting data in the selected language.
Attention to detail and research skills.

Availability – at least 25h/week, preferably 40h/week.
Nice to have
Familiarity with the Samsung ecosystem.

Experience in creating and reviewing technical articles.
