Internship M&A | Q2 2027

We are looking for new interns for Q2 2027.

• Gain experience and support the team in all aspects of M&A transactions
• Strong involvement in sell- and buy-side projects and current mandates
• Work on pitch preparations, target and investor identifications, as well as management presentations
• Conduct market, industry and company research
• Work on financial modelling and valuation analyses

• Strong academic track record of at least 4 semesters in economics, finance or similar
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Preferable work experience within investment banking, management consulting or other advisory
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the commitment to work in a high focused team environment

• Broad experience with M&A transactions in an international environment
• Exciting range of tasks and valuable on-the-job training
• Strong team-spirit and support from all team-members
• Flat-hierarchies with an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals
