Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and detail‑oriented intern to support the creation of our organisation’s 25th Anniversary commemorative book. This role offers a unique chance to explore our rich history and transform 25 years of archives into a meaningful publication.

This position is ideal for young candidates, including those in between schools, awaiting admission to polytechnic or university, or exploring short‑term project opportunities that build portfolio and research experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Archiving & Digitisation: Review 25 years of media clippings, event photos, and archival materials; digitise physical documents; organise and label assets chronologically for publisher use.
  • Content Analysis: Extract key findings, milestones, and dates from historical records; summarise long text into clear, punchy bullet points.
  • Content Structuring: Develop a logical and comprehensive table of contents to shape the book’s narrative flow.

Requirements

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Good reading comprehension and ability to synthesise large volumes of information.
  • Comfortable with basic scanning tools and digital file management (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
  • A self‑starter who enjoys independent research and project‑based work.
  • Suitable for young candidates, including those between schools, awaiting further studies, or seeking meaningful short‑term experience.
