Internship - Marketing & Social Content
Description
Great content is worthless if nobody sees it
Fujitsu is a global technology company — roughly 120,000 people worldwide, and one of the larger IT players in Belgium. The marketing team behind BeNeLux covers a lot of ground — social, branding, webinars, campaigns — and it's growing. There's plenty of content coming down from global and EU teams; the hard part is picking the right content, giving it a local home, and actually getting our teams visible where it counts.
That's where you come in. You'll work on real marketing tasks alongside an experienced colleague who's happy to give you genuine ownership from the start.
What you’ll actually do
- Create and schedule social content — image and copy — that meets the Fujitsu house style, and publish it through Oktopost, our central social platform (a big tool with a serious dashboard you’ll get the keys to)
- Boost our teams’ visibility on LinkedIn: sift the flood of global content for what’s worth posting locally, and make it land
- Help build a webinar series for the public sector — finding the right content and making sure it fits
- Work across digital campaigns (digital sovereignty, manufacturing, retail and more) that come from EU level and get reused locally — including shadowing a live event
- Create branded content for BeNeLux and for our different practices
- Potentially build an automated flow inside Oktopost that links global content to the local board, something that outlives your internship
You’ll sit on the inside of how a big organisation actually markets itself: many systems, many people, a lot of content moving from global to local. It’s complex, and that’s exactly what makes it interesting.
You
- Studying Marketing or something close to it
- Self-directed and happy to take ownership of your work
- Comfortable making a social post yourself
- Open to constructive feedback and keen to learn from it
- Curious about the tooling behind modern marketing, not just the output
- Dutch and English required
Your mentor
Not a hierarchy person. Someone who trusts quickly, works hands-on, and genuinely wants to hand real work over, which means you’ll get responsibility early rather than watching from the sidelines.
