Internship Online Marketing Retail Media (f/m/x)

TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • You act as the central point of contact for our partners, managing both new and existing Retail Media campaigns from initial briefing through to successful completion
  • Together with beauty brands, you develop innovative concepts and campaign strategies, actively contributing your own ideas to the creative process
  • You independently manage selected beauty brands, coordinating all relevant steps from planning and execution through to performance review
  • Projects are steered by you in a structured way, ensuring that timelines, objectives, and quality standards are met
  • You independently create detailed reports on our Retail Media campaigns, identify trends, and derive concrete recommendations for optimisation
  • Your analyses provide the team with valuable insights that feed directly into the further development of our campaign strategies

YOUR SKILLS

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree programme, ideally with a focus on marketing, communications, business administration, e-commerce, or a comparable digital field – a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's is equally welcome
  • First practical experience, for example through previous internships, is a welcome asset and will help you grow into the role quickly
  • You work independently, carefully, and with a clear focus on the needs of your stakeholders
  • You are confident working with MS Office applications – particularly Excel and PowerPoint – and use them purposefully for data preparation and presentations
  • You are able to structure complex tasks independently and maintain a clear overview even when managing several projects in parallel
  • You communicate fluently in both German and English – in writing and verbally – and engage confidently with international brand partners
