About the role
As a care center intern, you will support the care center team in handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer communication, case management, and healthcare support processes within a leading global organization.
What you do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and care.
- Support the team with case follow-ups, documentation, and data updates.
- Assist in coordinating with internal departments for timely resolution of requests.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
What you bring

- Fresh university graduate
- No working experience
- Bachelor’s degree (medical or health-related background preferred)
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
