[Internship] Project Management Intern (Japanese speaking)

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Provide support on various project management tools and interface with different stakeholders
• Create & maintain project documentations & reports
• Assure document and information updated and transferred within project team
• Set-up project meetings and prepare MOM

Other Responsibilities

• Supports Team Leader with adminstration tasks:
• Creating monthly working hour tracking reports
• Maintaining internal team’s administrative documentations

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a university program (Economics, Languages, Business Administration, or related field)
• No prior work experience required
• Mandatory: English and Japanese (N3 level and above)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Strong communication and prioritization skills
• Patient and willing to learn
• Proactive in tackling problems and raising ideas
• Ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
