We are looking for a motivated intern to support our team full-time (40 hours per week) for 6 months.
Your Role:
Project Management & Event Staff Coordination
- Supporting the organization and coordination of ongoing projects
- Coordinating and communicating with our event staff before and during projects
- Supporting staff planning, scheduling, briefings, and day-to-day coordination
- Ensuring smooth communication between the office, project teams, and event staff
- Assisting with project documentation, timelines, and follow-up
- Helping coordinate on-site activities and ensuring projects run smoothly
Research & Analysis
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing relevant business information
- Preparing research findings and supporting project managers with relevant insights
On-Site & Office Support
- Providing hands-on support during events and projects
- Supporting day-to-day office organization and administrative tasks
Business Development Support
- Supporting the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities
- Assisting with lead generation and market research
- Preparing materials for potential clients and business partners
- Supporting ongoing business development activities and projects
Your Profile:
- Currently studying Business Administration, (Sport) Management, Marketing, International Business, or a related field
- Highly organized and comfortable coordinating multiple tasks and people
- Proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative
- A confident and clear communicator
- Interested in project management, events, and business development
- Flexible and hands-on, especially when supporting projects and events on-site
- Confident using Microsoft Office Workspace
- Fluent in Swedish and English (other Nordic language is a plus)
