Internship - Project Manager (F/M)
Summary
Intern supports a global ecommerce platform rollout by coordinating projects, tracking milestones, and collaborating with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira or Asana.
The opportunity
We are seeking a proactive PMO Intern to support the Ecommerce Solutions Lead in aligning and implementing a standardized ecommerce solution across all SMB regions.
Day-to-day responsibilities
The intern will assist in project coordination, governance, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent delivery and successful rollout of the SMB ecommerce platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Ecommerce Solutions Lead in defining, documenting, and maintaining the SMB ecommerce solution scope, milestones, and success criteria.
- Help create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status dashboards for regional rollout.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing requirements from SMB regions to ensure a unified ecommerce solution.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with product, engineering, operations, sales, legal/compliance, and regional teams.
- Track action items, risks, issues, and dependencies; update risk registers and mitigation plans.
- Support governance activities, including change control, decision logs, and steering committee materials.
Who are we looking for
- Fluent English is required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Basic understanding of project management principles (scope, timeline, risk, stakeholder management).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira,Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
