Job Summary

These positions are based in Polanco, Mexico.
Tetra Pak does not sponsor work or relocation visas for these positions.
What you will do
As a Sales Intern, you will:
- Analyzed Power BI reports and dashboards to generate actionable insights for sales decision-making.
- Coordinated with commercial teams to maintain updated sales opportunity pipelines and accurate customer information.
- Supported operational customer management through ongoing follow-up and sales team assistance.
- Identified business opportunities and generated insights from Customer Relations Management (CRM) and sales system data.
- Assisted in monitoring, documenting, and updating commercial information to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborated with the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team to improve forecast accuracy and support equipment production planning.
- Bachelor Studies in Progress: Administration, Commercial Relations, Business, International Business or any other related
- Desirable Skills / Knowledge:
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Microsoft office.
- English Advanced: Can communicate fluently, with strong skills in both written and spoken
As a Data analysis Intern in Customer Service Area, you will:
- Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and processes.
- Create and maintain reports to support operational efficiency.
- Receive training in SAP and work with tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Office and programming software.
- Evaluation of processes to identify opportunities for improvement to reduce time or steps
- Propose and implement tools that help reduce response time and enhance team performance.
- Support with design activities
- Bachelor Studies in Progress: Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or any other related
- Desirable Skills / Knowledge:
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Microsoft office.
- English Intermediate: Can hold basic conversations and has strong reading and writing skills.
As a Design Intern in Customer Service Area, you will:
- Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and processes.
- Create and maintain reports to support operational efficiency.
- Receive training in SAP and work with tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Office and programming software.
- Evaluation of processes to identify opportunities for improvement to reduce time or steps
- Propose and implement tools that help reduce response time and enhance team performance.
- Support with design activities, reviewing designs according to layouts.
- Validating ink distribution process.
- Bachelor Studies in progress: Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or any other related
- Desirable Skills / Knowledge:
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Microsoft office.
- Basic knowledge in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, six sigma fundamentals, root cause analysis, data analysis and visualization, project management.
- English Intermediate: Can hold basic conversations and has strong reading and writing skills
We believe you have
- Academic training in one of the areas suggested for the selected position.
- Availability for internship from January 2027 to December 2027.
- Estimated graduation date: December 2027 or later (1 year program).
- Availability to work onsite for 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 2 pm, for the entire duration of the internship program.
