- Coordinate internal meetings, timelines, and cross-functional alignment for business acquisition activities
- Prepare documents for internal approvals and business case simulations
- Coordinate change requests, quotations, and contract-related documentation
- Assist in project lifecycle management (PLCM, EOS, ZVA, etc.)
- Support business continuity and customer project transitions
- Coordinate planning cycles (forecast, BBMSP) and ensure data accuracy
- Conduct reporting, KPI tracking, and volume verification
- Support customer claims and logistics coordination
- Manage digital platform activities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- 3rd-4th year student in Bachelor's degree
- Prior work experience is preferred
- Mandatory: English
- Optional: Chinese or Japanese
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Collaborative team player
