Internship | Working Student

You'll bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team and contribute to real projects that make a difference in the organization. You'll support day-to-day tasks while learning from experienced professionals, and help improve processes, tools, and ways of working. You'll collaborate with teammates across different functions, take ownership of small projects or parts of larger initiatives, and research, analyse, and present findings to support decision-making. Departments you could join include Strategy & Org, Banking, Growth, Operations, Product, and People.

Requirements

• Commitment for minimum 4 months in Berlin or London
• Curiosity, motivation, and a willingness to learn
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive and hands-on attitude
• Experience with 1-2 internships would be nice to have
