Responsibilities
- Perform angiography and interventional radiology procedures to support diagnostic and therapeutic goals
- Assist radiologists during vascular and non-vascular interventions to ensure procedural success
- Operate angiography equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
- Prepare, monitor, and provide care for patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safety and comfort
- Administer contrast media following established protocols to enhance imaging quality
- Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and quality standards to maintain a safe clinical environment
- Participate in on-call duties to provide timely support for urgent procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography or Medical Imaging
- Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in Interventional Radiology or Angiography
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
