Key responsibilities

• Perform a broad spectrum of interventional radiology procedures including angiography, embolization, biopsies, and drainages.
• Diagnose and manage patients by interpreting imaging studies and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care, monitoring for complications and ensuring recovery plans are followed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Stay current with advancements in interventional radiology techniques and participate in continuing medical education.
• Contribute to departmental research and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in radiology.
• Board certification in interventional radiology.
• Valid medical license to practice in Sharjah / UAE.
• Minimum of 4 years post-certification experience in interventional radiology.
• Proficiency in performing a wide range of interventional procedures and interpreting diagnostic imaging.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
