Intune & SCCM Engineer
Description
TCS is looking for an Intune & SCCM Engineer.
Work modality: Hybrid
(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)
Job summary
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft PC based operating systems (Windows 10 and 11)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Strong experience with automated software deployments using SCCM
- Strong experience of MS Intune
- Strong experience of Anti-virus and end point protection
- Strong experience of remote access technologies (AVD, VPN, OWA)
- Working experience of scripting technologies (PowerShell)
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory and group policy management
- Must be ITIL Certified at minimum foundation level
- Strong team mentoring skills
- Strong customer service
- Strong oral communication skills
- Effective time management
- Project experience
- Executive support experience
- 2+ years in a senior desktop engineer role
