About the Company

Operating within a fast-paced technical environment, they deliver a range of operational and field-based services and are recognised for their commitment to quality, customer service and continuous improvement. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking to strengthen their head office team with the addition of an Inventory Administrator.
About the Role
This is a varied administrative position that combines inventory management, customer support and operational coordination. Working closely with engineers, remote locations and internal teams, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring inventory processes are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate data across internal software systems
- Track and record all inbound and outbound stock movements
- Monitor, manage and report stock levels across engineers and remote depots
- Provide customer support via telephone and email
- Order and manage inventory, including spare parts and consumables
- Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory audits
- Produce and maintain administrative documentation and correspondence
- Assist with project coordination, resource allocation and engineer scheduling
- Ensure all records are maintained accurately and efficiently
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Able to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities
- Positive, proactive approach and ability to work effectively within a team
Desirable Skills
- Experience within customer service or customer support
- Previous experience in a technical, engineering or maintenance environment
- Knowledge of inventory management systems, such as Zoho Inventory
- Familiarity with Health & Safety documentation, including RAMS
