Responsibilities

• Monitor regular cycle counts and full physical audits to reconcile system records with physical stock.
• Determine stock needs for transfer from other building and other site transfer (STO)
• Monitor and investigate inventory discrepancies, damages to minimize financial losses.
• Request for Adjustment of inventory for any discrepancies
• Monitor the ageing report
• Conduct Inventory matching from MAWM and Oracle
• Request for edit with JSU OM
• Process all TR for Inbound, STO, Customization
• Monitors, updates and reconcile IRA
• Provides Operations status, reports and analyst

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Operations
• Has experience on People Management
• Has experience on Customer Management
• Has experience on Order booking and management
• Has strong and good leadership and analytical skills
• Can work in minimum supervision
• Has flexibility the support the task of the team if needed
• Has good attendance record
• Has advance skill on using Microsoft applications esp. excel.
