Inventory Analyst (Manufacturing)

Summary

The Inventory Analyst manages and reconciles inventory records between warehouse and accounting systems, monitors stock levels, and coordinates with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accuracy and support audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reconcile inventory records between warehouse and accounting systems.
  • Monitor stock levels, movements, and aging; prepare regular inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support audits by ensuring accurate documentation and inventory valuation.
  • Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, planning, and control processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma
  • Prefer with manufacturing background
