Oversee and reconcile inventory records between warehouse and accounting systems, monitor stock levels, and resolve discrepancies for a manufacturing company in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile inventory records between warehouse and accounting systems.
- Monitor stock levels, movements, and aging; prepare regular inventory reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
- Support audits by ensuring accurate documentation and inventory valuation.
- Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, planning, and control processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Prefer with manufacturing background
