INVENTORY ANALYST

Summary

Manages inventory tracking, purchase orders, and ERP data entry for a BPO firm, reconciling stock discrepancies and generating reports using Excel and ERP tools like Sage 100.

Responsibilities:

  • Create new inventory item upload Excel files based on submitted purchase orders and upload into ERP
  • After inventory item setup in ERP, upload UDF Fields and Prices per Customer per inventory item
  • Create Purchase Order Excel upload files and enter new purchase orders into ERP
  • Enter receipt of inventory items into ERP upon 3PL confirmation of receipt; log all inventory receipts on Monday.com
  • Review stock quantities on a weekly basis against 3PL reports and report discrepancies to supervisor
  • Create inventory analysis reports as requested

Required qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe
  • Experience with inventory tracking and purchase order entry
  • Experience with big box retailer chargeback disputes (e.g., Walmart, Target, Staples)
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Sage 100 (ERP), Power BI, Monday.com, AI tools (e.g., Claude) are nice to have

Work Arrangement

  • Work Setup: On-site initially, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid setup based on performance.
  • Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
