Inventory Associate
Summary
Manages warehouse inventory by verifying, processing, and documenting product counts to ensure accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced food distribution environment.
Major Food Distributor located in Hunts Point Cooperative Market in the Bronx is looking for a Full-Time Inventory Associate. The Inventory Associate is responsible for the verification, accuracy, processing and management of warehouse product inventory. Inventory data processing required while keeping inventory information correct and accurate.
- Documentation of product supplier/inventor, counts and other relevant information
- Verify Inventory management information accuracy
- Ensure all working and common areas are kept clean and organized
- Learn and retain product knowledge and specifications
- Effectively work in cooperation with safety department staff and management on duties assigned
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 80lbs and looking for jack and Hilo experience.
