POSITION: Inventory Compliance Coordinator

LEVEL OF AUTHORITY: Associate

THIS POSITION REPORTS TO: Special Projects Manager

JOB TITLES REPORTING TO THIS POSITION: None

ROLE: To ensure proper execution of all processes necessary to guarantee inventory accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Verify accuracy of all product received to Finished Goods inventory.

· Ensure all cycle counts are completed in a timely manner.

· Audit/reconcile all cycle counts and post appropriate transactions in Mapics

· Investigate issues affecting inventory accuracy and assist in implementing effective resolutions.

· Monitor for inventory anomalies such as negative balances and excessive transaction quantities and resolve all ensuing issues.

· Maintain all data systems as necessary to ensure accuracy of inventory locations and balances.

· Assist in identification and disposition of obsolete and discontinued product.

· Effectively manage all mass inventory pulls.

· Other tasks as deemed appropriate by Special Projects Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

· A minimum of a High School education.

Experience:

· Three years in a similar role, preferred.

Skills:

· Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, required.

· Knowledge of Mapics application suite, required.

· Thorough understanding of the corporate impact of inventory accuracy.
