Inventory Control Analyst
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure accuracy, availability, and alignment with demand forecasts
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions on SAP
- Develop and maintain inventory tracking systems and reports to support inventory planning and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to manage inventory flow and optimize stock levels
- Investigate and resolve root causes of inventory variances and recommend process improvements to reduce errors
- Ensure inventory practices and documentation comply with standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare detailed inventory performance reports and present findings to management to guide strategic decision-making
- Assist in developing and enforcing inventory control policies and procedures across departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field
- 2–6 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or related roles within a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, forecasting methods, and supply chain operations
- Experience with SAP and inventory management software
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to identify trends and root causes
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
