Key Objective of this Role:
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
- Design and optimize warehouse infrastructure for efficient storage and operations.
- Manage relationships and performance of 3PL warehouse providers.
- Oversee and maintain WMS/ERP systems for real-time inventory tracking.
- Plan and monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory availability.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage and inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse operating procedures.
- Track and report key inventory and warehouse KPIs for performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory with business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in inventory and warehouse processes.
Requirements
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of 3PL operations and logistics processes
- Inventory planning and control expertise
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- MS Excel & MS Word and E Mail Communication Skills
- Should have excellent computer knowledge to effectively utilize inventory
- management systems, generate reports, and optimize warehouse operations using software and technology.
Language skills: Hindi & English
