Inventory Control Officer
Summary
Manages stock levels of automotive spare parts using ERP and MS Office to record movements, conduct counts, and prepare reports.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor daily stock levels of automotive spare parts.
Ensure accurate recording of all stock movements (receiving, issuing, transfers, returns).
Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts and full physical inventory).
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Verify incoming spare parts against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Record received items into the inventory management system.
•Maintain accurate data in ERP or inventory management software.
Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Track slow-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete items.
Maintain proper filing of all inventory-related documents.
Coordinate with procurement team for reordering stock.
Support workshop and service department with parts availability.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Familiar with automobile product, sales, services.
Ability to prepare sales report.
Good knowledge of computer operations, EPC, MS Office.
Minimum of 5 Years experience in a reputable company dealing with Automotive parts, sales & services.
