We are looking for someone who takes pride in owning their workload, staying organized, and getting the job done correctly without needing constant supervision.
You'll work alongside another Storekeep employee as the department continues to develop. There is an opportunity for the person who demonstrates the strongest ownership, reliability, organization, and leadership ability to grow into greater responsibility within the department.
What You'll Do

Receive, organize, store, issue, and stage materials for manufacturing.
-
Maintain accurate inventory quantities and material locations.

Accurately read a tape measure and work with measurements and fractions.

Inspect incoming materials for correct quantities, specifications, and visible damage.
-
Safely operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment.
-
Operate manufacturing equipment including a press brake, miter saw, and grinders.
-
Keep the department clean, organized, labeled, and maintained according to 5S standards.
-
Monitor workload and determine what needs to be completed next without waiting for constant direction.
-
Communicate material shortages, discrepancies, equipment concerns, or production issues to supervision.
-
Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE standards.
-
Take ownership of assigned work from beginning to completion.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
Dependable. You show up on time, every day, ready to work.
Good with numbers. You are comfortable with basic math, fractions, quantities, and measurements.
Technology capable. You can confidently work on a computer and learn modern inventory and ERP software.
Detail-oriented. You understand that one wrong quantity, measurement, part number, or inventory transaction can affect production.
Self-directed. Once you understand your responsibilities, you can organize your workload and stay productive without someone constantly telling you what to do.
Organized. You naturally want materials, tools, inventory, and your work area to be where they belong.
Accountable. If something doesn't look right, you investigate it instead of ignoring it.
