Inventory Controller
• Overseeing daily operations, ensuring a clean and organized work environment, and managing office equipment.
• Updating databases, filing documents, and maintaining personnel records.
• Tracking, ordering, and replenishing office supplies.
• Updating inventory records using scanners or software, managing stock rotation, and reporting damaged or missing items.
• Storing items in appropriate areas, using pallet jacks, trolleys, or forklifts (MHE) to move stock, and optimizing space.
2 - 3 years in dedicated inventory control, stock control, or warehousing logistics.
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Demonstrated history leading daily/weekly cycle counts, perpetual inventory audits, and full annual physical stock counts with reconciliation.
Experience identifying, investigating, and resolving inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, damages, and location misallocations using root-cause techniques
Advanced in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) for inventory variance reporting; basic SQL or Power BI/Tableau is a strong advantage.
