Inventory Controller

We are seeking an Inventory Controller to manage and oversee our inventory operations in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, and facilitating efficient warehouse operations. This role is crucial for ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and that we meet customer demands effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess inventory. - Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies in stock records. - Utilize SAP and other inventory management systems to track inventory movements and generate reports. - Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize storage and retrieval processes. - Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and ensure timely updates to inventory records. - Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures. - Provide training and support to warehouse staff on inventory management best practices. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices. - Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management software. - Excellent organizational and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. - Effective communication skills to liaise with various departments.
