Plans inventory and demand for office equipment using SAP, Excel, and Power BI to forecast needs and coordinate procurement and deliveries.
Job Summary
Responsible for supporting end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, inventory planning, procurement coordination, pricing administration, and stock allocation. Works closely with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy, maintain inventory health, and ensure timely product availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain demand forecasts.
- Monitor inventory performance and stock levels.
- Track forecast accuracy and Days of Supply (DOS).
- Process procurement activities and purchase orders.
- Maintain pricing information and ERP master data.
- Execute SAP transactions related to supply chain operations.
- Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery planning.
- Allocate inventory according to demand forecasts and business priorities.
- Generate operational reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP.
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
