Inventory & Logistics Manager (Beauty Retail Operations)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Logistics Manager to oversee our warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations supporting our beauty retail stores. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys being actively involved in day-to-day operations and is comfortable travelling between our outlets across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations for our beauty retail stores.
• Manage receiving, checking, storage, picking, packing, loading, and unloading of beauty and skincare products.
• Coordinate stock transfers and deliveries between the warehouse and retail outlets.
• Travel to different outlets across Singapore when required to support stock movement and operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure products are properly stored, handled, and transported.
• Coordinate with outlet teams and internal departments on stock requirements and deliveries.
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve stock or logistics issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and logistics processes.
• Support other operational duties as required.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or retail operations.
• Previous experience managing or coordinating warehouse activities is preferred.
• Comfortable with hands-on work, including loading and unloading goods.
• Willing to learn and take on different responsibilities as part of the role.
• Comfortable travelling between our retail outlets across Singapore.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, or similar industries will be an advantage.
