We're hiring a dependable Lot Coordinator to assist with daily vehicle lot operations. This position combines hands-on outdoor work with basic administrative tasks, making it a great fit for someone who likes variety in their workday.
What You'll Do
- Inspect, photograph, and document vehicles.
- Inventory personal belongings and maintain accurate records.
- Complete paperwork, data entry, and database updates.
- Keep the lot organized and assist with basic automotive tasks.
- Help customers retrieve personal belongings professionally.
What We're Looking For
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to lift approximately 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Automotive, mechanic, warehouse, detailing, or inventory experience is a plus. We're willing to train the right person!
