Inventory Management Executive
- Manage incoming and outgoing stock to maintain smooth inventory flow and prevent delays
- Update inventory records accurately to ensure reliable stock data and support inventory tracking
- Coordinate delivery schedules and manage deliveries for drivers to ensure timely dispatch
- Operate forklift safely to move goods within the warehouse and prevent accidents
- Communicate clearly in simple English and Mandarin to assist clients and coordinate with team members
- Adapt to workplace environment including interaction with company dog as part of team culture
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management to support operational needs
