Inventory Management Specialist

Plan and forecast complex material requirements using advance supply chain management principles, identifying constraints, and developing strategies that ensure mission readiness.

Serve as a technical authority on supply management, advising stakeholders on inventory control methods, procurement strategies, and logistics solutions.

Develop, review, and justify acquisitions packages, procurement requests, and supply plans to support enterprise-level programs.

Collaborated with multiple functional areas (procurement, engineering, logistics, and finance) to resolve enterprise supply chain issues and implement corrective actions.

Utilize enterprise resource systems (e.g., EBS, DSS, or similar) to analyze data, evaluate supplier performance, and monitor procurement and delivery metrics.

Conduct detailed supply and demand analyses to support funding requests, resource allocation, and operational planning.

Provide authoritative recommendations to leadership on supply strategies, policy implementation, and improvements to acquisition and inventory programs.
