Inventory Manager-FMCG

• Manage and monitor inventory levels to meet production and sales demands
  

• Oversee daily inventory operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and stock transfers
  

• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and processes
  

• Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy
  

• Minimize stock variances, expiries, losses, and damages
  

• Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and support procurement planning
  

• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, sales, and supply chain teams
  

• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
  

• Generate inventory reports and KPIs for management review
  

• Lead and train inventory staff to ensure process adherence and accuracy
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  

• 5+ years of experience in inventory management (FMCG experience preferred)
  

• Strong knowledge of inventory software (e.g., ERP systems, WMS)
  

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  

• Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
  

• Ability to lead a team and communicate across departments
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
