London | £55,000–£60,000 | European Travel

We’re recruiting an experienced Inventory Manager to join a fast-growing international fashion and lifestyle business at an exciting stage of its European growth.

This isn’t a role for someone who just wants to monitor stock reports.

We’re looking for a hands-on inventory specialist who can take ownership, challenge processes, improve accuracy and work closely with 3PL partners to make sure stock is exactly where it needs to be.

The role:

• Own inventory accuracy, reporting and traceability

• Manage and challenge external 3PL partners

• Optimise warehouse processes, stock movements and ABC classification

• Lead cycle counting, stock reconciliation and inventory write-offs

• Identify and resolve discrepancies across ERP, WMS and ecommerce systems

• Review and improve inventory procedures and controls

• Drive continuous improvement projects across logistics and operations

• Partner closely with IT, Finance, Ecommerce, B2B and Operations teams

What we’re looking for:

5–7+ years’ Inventory Management / Inventory Control experience

Strong 3PL management experience – essential

Advanced Excel with strong analytical capability

Experience working with ERP and WMS platforms

Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on

Fashion, footwear or apparel experience would be a major advantage

The role is predominantly London-based, with approximately 20% travel to distribution centres and other European locations.
