Inventory Manager

Role Overview:

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for data-driven inventory planning and optimization. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, the use of AI tools, and effective decision-making in procurement and returns to ensure efficient stock management and improved business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze inventory data to drive procurement and return decisions

- Use data mining techniques and AI tools to identify trends, demand patterns, and optimization opportunities

- Ensure optimal inventory levels across all product categories

- Minimize dead stock and improve inventory turnover

- Manage and guide a team of 3-4 members

- Collaborate with Merchandising, Operations, and Sales teams for planning and forecasting

- Identify slow-moving and fast-moving products and take corrective actions

- Develop dashboards and reports for inventory tracking and performance monitoring

- Continuously improve processes using data insights and automation
