Job Title: Inventory Manager
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: NGN 300,000 - 350,000 Monthly net.

Job Summary

As the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining stock integrity, and overseeing inventory control processes across assigned warehouses.

Responsibilities

* Oversee inventory transactions and ensure stock accuracy across assigned warehouses
* Conduct stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and investigate inventory discrepancies
* Prepare inventory reports and monitor inventory performance against KPIs
* Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy
* Drive inventory control improvements and support operations across assigned locations

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
* 3–5 years' experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain within the FMCG, Manufacturing, or Distribution sector
* Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, warehouse operations, and inventory reporting
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems (Business Central, Odoo, SAP, or similar)
