Summary

Oversee inventory operations, track stock movement, and maintain accurate records for a wholesale distribution business using Excel and inventory systems.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Officer to oversee inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure efficient stock movement within our wholesale distribution business.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
Track stock movement and ensure timely updates of inventory records.
Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and recommend timely replenishment.
Ensure proper storage, organization, and handling of products.
Prepare inventory reports and support stock audits.
Work closely with the warehouse, sales, and accounts teams to ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

HND/B.Sc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
2–3 years' experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in an FMCG or wholesale distribution company.
Good knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock reconciliation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Candidates residing within Ajegunle/Olodi Apapa, Apapa, Amuwo Odofin, Mile 2, or nearby areas will be given preference.

Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 per month
