About the Role

TotalEnergies is seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to oversee stocktaking, inventory reconciliation, reporting, and inventory management processes across company installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly stocktaking across company installations.
• Prepare and analyze stock variance reports.
• Review inventory movements, stock losses, and gains.
• Perform general ledger analysis and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and audit-ready documentation.
• Work with the SAP Support Team to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support end users on inventory management procedures.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or Management Accountant.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in SAP is required.
