Inventory Support Coordinator
Work Location: 5 Tai Seng Dr
Working Timing: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
Basic Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 (subject to experience)
Job Scope:
- Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts and stock takes.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and perform inventory reconciliation.
- Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain inventory data and transactions in SAP and WMS.
- Support system maintenance, user access, and troubleshooting.
- Provide system and process training to the operations team.
- Coordinate inventory-related matters with customers and internal teams.
- Handle product destruction, documentation, and system updates.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain related records.
- Support system improvement and process development projects.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
