Invest Manager
You will dive deep into the world of public chains, layer2 solutions, GameFi, DAO, and DeFi, hunting for early high-quality projects both at home and abroad. You'll take ownership of project tracking and act as the main point of contact once you've identified promising opportunities. You will lead due diligence efforts, digging into a project's team, products, business model, profit model, token model, and potential risks. You'll also support project negotiations, help draft investment or cooperation agreements, and work closely with colleagues to see deals through to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Track early high-quality projects in public chains layer2 GameFi DAO and DeFi at home and abroad
- Maintain project tracking and contact with prospects
- Lead project due diligence covering team products business profit model token model and risks
- Assist in project negotiation
- Write investment or cooperation agreements
- Cooperate with colleagues to implement agreements
Requirements
- More than 1-2 years of blockchain investment experience with basic financial analysis capabilities
- Understanding of DeFi NFT and Metaverse track with personal investment in more than 3 projects
- Familiarity with mainstream cryptocurrency investment institutions in Europe and America with related resources
- Experience in cryptocurrency investment institutions preferred
- Studying abroad experience preferred with fluency in English listening speaking reading and writing
