You will support investment decisions through rigorous quantitative analysis, market research, and financial due diligence across a range of renewable and conventional energy projects

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess risk and value drivers.
  • Support the valuation and structuring of energy assets, including renewable projects and long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs).
  • Perform market research and benchmarking on energy markets, regulatory trends, and pricing dynamics.
  • Assist in preparing investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal committees and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, commercial, legal, and strategy) to ensure the robustness of investment assumptions.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of modelling standards and analytical frameworks used across the Investment function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years (1-3 for Analyst and 3-5 for Associate) of experience in investment analysis, project finance, corporate finance, or consulting—ideally within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency (experience with VBA, Python, or Power BI is a plus).
  • Strong grasp of valuation techniques (DCF, comparable, precedent transactions).
  • Familiarity with energy market fundamentals (generation technologies, pricing mechanisms, and regulation) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Why Join Us

  • Exposure to high-impact transactions and strategic decision-making in the evolving energy transition landscape.
  • Opportunity to grow within a dynamic, entrepreneurial investment team.
  • Hybrid working model and supportive environment for professional development.
