Appian Asset Management Investment Analyst
A leading Irish real estate development and investment group is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its growing investment team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to work on live deals, financial modelling, and strategic portfolio decision-making across residential, rental, affordable and mixed-use projects.
The Role:
- You will work closely with senior team members on:
- Financial modelling, scenario analysis and project appraisals.
- Preparing investment materials, acquisition memos and business cases.
- Market research across private, affordable, commercial and rental sectors.
- Assessing early-stage development feasibility and deal structuring.
- Supporting ongoing portfolio monitoring and reporting to senior leadership.
Your Experience:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a finance, investment, lending or consulting role.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Interest in real estate development and the wider built environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
- Clear communicator who can present work with confidence.
